Bill ColemanPresident of CORBIA,USA - a private management and
marketing consulting firm since 1972. Mr. Coleman is spending much of his time working with organizations such as UCPI in
Ukraine on projects of economic development, humanitarian assistance and the advancement of international cooperation.
Previous projects in Ukraine included vaccinating 100,000 children during the dyptheria outbreak in 1994 and the
establishment of a burn clinic in Ternopil. Mr. Coleman directs the USA team on the Ukraine/USA Joint Project.

 Carey Mason President of Advent Marketing - a marketing
company in South Carolina. Mr. Mason is expert in graphic design, computer layout and marketing. He is heavily
involved in child safety programs in the schools and at home. His school programs have been endorsed by The Federal
Bureau of Investigation, various school systems and numerous other organizations.

Dianne Kuhl President, Carolina Resource Group -
a multi-faceted consulting group. Ms. Kuhl was director of the Governor's Office volunteer programs throughout
South Carolina prior to starting her own business. She has worked as a speech writer for the Governor, grant writer
for the State of South Carolina and public relations representative for various government offices.

Elizabeth ReidUCPI Library Project Coordinator - Miss Reid
is a senior scholar at Furman University where she has won numerous academic awards. She is the Library Project
Coordinator with responsibility for collecting and shipping the books to Ukraine for the soon-to-open Library of
UCPI in Ternopil. She is also a member of the joint communications project with students at TANE.

Justin AlexanderMr. Alexander is a research assistant
to Dr. Mike Bresler of the Political Science Department at Furman University. He is doing research on Ternopil and
Western Ukraine with the intent of publishing most of his findings on the internet when he is finished. He will
be working on various components of the Ukraine/USA Joint Project, including being a correspondent with students at
TANE.
