He is a very important person of Ukrainian Administrative group. Thanks to him the rest of our team have known about this project. And what is more he is a leader of our team. Alex is a chairman of UCPI. UCPI is the Ukrainian Center of Public Initiatives- Ternopil, a regional Ukrainian non-profit organization. Both CORBIA and the UCPI have donated their resources to this project and receive no profits from it.

Julia (Yulia) is a chemist-ecologist by profession. She works at the Public Administration of Environmental Safety in Ternopil and she is also studying at the Institute of Law of TANE. Julia is working to become a specialist in Ecological Law. She is a member of some NGOs in Ternopil, including UCPI, which is one of the main organizers of this initiative. Julia participates in this joint-project because she hopes that her experience in public activity and her firm faith in the success of this much needed project will help make things better in Ukraine.

Anatoliy is an experienced web site developer and spends much of his time in public work. On the one hand he is a professional consultant and computer engineer with great experience in conducting of video and teleconferencing, writing and realization of projects concerning the creation of web-sites, training pupils and students to surf the Internet and utilize this expanding tool. On the other hand he is a copartner of some NGOs in Ternopil, one of which is "Creative Youth Association", where he works, and takes an active part in realization of different projects and programs directed at talented youth.

Natalia graduated from Ternopil Pedagogical University, geography faculty and did post-graduate work at Lviv National University. At present she is a managerial employee of Ternopil Institute of law of TANE. Natalia is Chairman of a Youth NGO, Democratic Choice and a member of UCPI. She has considerable experience in public work and is glad to participate in this joint-project.
